When you log into to the web mail program of your choice above, you will provide your username (which is normally the same as your email address) and a password.

If you are not sure which mail program to choose, because it's often just down to personal preference, you may find these things help you.

Please Note: If you login with a username that is not your email address,
you will need to set your email address in the preferences before you can send email properly.

This is a good idea anyway for all users because it also allows you to set up your display name,
reply email addres (if different) and email signature.
